Two E. C. Glass students made the prestigious Virginia Honor’s Choir that will perform this November in Norfolk. Leslie Roeser is an Alto 1 Delegate and Barry Randolph is a Tenor II Alternate for the ensemble. The students in the choir will sing under the baton of Conductor Axel Theimer from St. John’s University during the Virginia Music Educators’ Association (VMEA) Statewide Conference.
Hundreds of senior vocalists competed from all over the state of Virginia for a spot in the 132 person choir. The E. C. Glass is one of only six schools from the VMEA District VI represented in the group.
