Wordsmiths from the Lynchburg City School division are being honored for their mastery of the English language. The Piedmont Area Reading Council, or PARC, bestowed roughly a dozen LCS students with the 2011 Young Authors Award. Each student has been invited to April’s PARC awards ceremony in Gretna and will be recognized during the presentation:
