First Lady Northam Visits Hutcherson Early Learning Center

Principal Polly Smith and other LCS administrators welcomed First Lady Pamela Northam as she visited Hutcherson Early Learning Center today to thank teachers and staff members. She read to Pre-K students and talked with Principal Smith about encouraging enrollment in the Virginia Pre-K Initiative (VPI).
