- Meet in the auditorium lobby at 11:30 a.m. and then line up.
- Seniors will receive their graduation tickets at the end of rehearsal.
- Rehearsal is mandatory.

Lynchburg City Stadium
8 a.m.
All ECG graduates should report to City Stadium at 7 a.m. A senior picture will be taken at 7:15 a.m. Gates will open at 7:15 a.m. for guests. Procession will begin at 7:50 a.m.
- Enter the stadium parking lot through Naval Reserve Street.
- Seniors will get 12 tickets (receive tickets at rehearsal). In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the E. C. Glass auditorium and students will have 6 (blue) tickets for the ceremony.
- Seniors may decorate their caps for graduation. Decorations must be flushed to the board and not 3-D. Caps will be checked for appropriateness. Decorations must be school appropriate. No homemade stoles will be allowed.
- No heels allowed on the turf field.
For people who are unable to attend, the graduation ceremony will be streamed live on the LCS YouTube channel.

Senior Awards & Senior Day

After the awards ceremony seniors will participate in senior day where we will have fun activities planned for the students.

Students will be responsible for transportation to the rehearsal and home. Seniors must be present at graduation rehearsal, this is mandatory.

11:30 a.m.
Graduation Speakers must report at 9:30 a.m.
All other HHS graduates should report to City Stadium no later than 10:30 a.m.
- STUDENTS WILL NEED TO BE AT THE STADIUM NO LATER THAN 10:30!
- Please make sure to follow the directions with the police. You will need to enter on the side road near the baseball field and or at the Bankers Steel entrance. Once, inside, students should report to the SCOREBOARD end of the field.
- HANDICAP seating will be available at the top of the stadium and on the track. There will also be helpers to help assist people who have trouble walking to their seats.
- Senior Picture - 10:45 a.m. (Subject to change- it may be on the day of rehearsal). Students will need to be in the designated area of the stands for a senior picture. This can be purchased through Lifetouch.
- Students need to be in line by 11 a.m.
- HHS will not require students to have tickets unless graduation has to be moved to an indoor facility. If there is a chance of rain HHS graduation will still be at the stadium. IN THE CASE OF SEVERE WEATHER, graduation will be in the gym at HHS and this will require students to only bring 10 family members to graduation. Please keep in mind the possibility of the change in venue if severe weather is a factor.

Students are allowed to decorate their CAP! It must not be vulgar, or have anything negative on it, it will be taken away on the day of graduation and replaced with a plain cap. Decorations should not be 3D.
