October 2, 2021 is Custodian Appreciation Day, and here at the Virtual Academy, we are so fortunate to have some really special attention! While we do not yet have a full-time custodian, we have the wonderful support of the LCS field coordinator Shirley Rucker, who, from day one of our opening has exemplified what it means to go above and beyond! She has ensured we have had someone here each day, made many adjustments to accommodate our moving in, and ensured that we felt at home in our new building. Our Virtual Academy staff thanks you Ms. Rucker for helping us SHINE!
Among our substitute custodians, we have enjoyed the friendly and professional help from Ms. Bateman. We truly appreciate the effort that goes into keeping our building clean, safe, and healthy. Our custodial team is so important to our success. Thank you!
