E. C. Glass High School cross country runner Libby Davidson became the first runner to win a state championship in the history of E. C. Glass cross country. She won the 4A state title in November.
Teammate junior Kate Carrington was named all-state by finishing 15th in the meet.
E. C. Glass boys runner junior Peter Seufer was all-state by finishing fifth overall.

Heritage High School coach Brad Bradley was named the Seminole District Football Coach of the Year and E. C. Glass player Donnie Morgan Jr. was named the district player or the year.
